Lasagna Tacos for #420food

Lasagna Tacos for #420food

Lasagna Tacos

So what food do you like to eat when you’re high? (And don’t pretend you never smoked pot)

My Dad convinced me when I was a kid that he never did drugs, yeah I was gullible. I was a kid and dad was my knight in shining armor, my hero, so he would never lie to me. Well years later when I got a grip on reality I realized he told a lot of stories when his friends were high and he wasn’t. Yeah, sure dad, you stayed cool and sober and just liked hanging with guys that did drugs…

Well he stuck to his guns so I thought maybe that was the case, but then I spent a weekend with my uncle and he set the record straight. Not only did dear old dad do drugs, he sold pot.

Almost all of us have at least tried smoking pot #amiright?

So I teamed up with one Fucking Fab Blogger, the only one fierce enough to make a mary jane inspired recipe with me…

That blogger is Heather from All Roads Lead to the Kitchen and to celebrate she made Matcha Marshmallow Corn Flakes Squares.

I thought I would make something that was easy enough to make high and would be the ultimate high food. So naturally this meant carbs and cheese with a wacky twist.

So I was considering pizza enchiladas and then thought maybe that was just too much cheese and would be a big mess.

So lasagna tacos it was! It has meat, cheese and DOUBLE CARBS. You eat this high and you just got even higher. #tacogasm

So I used store bought sauce and some of those no boil lasagna noodles and made this easy, but naturally I had to fancify it a bit… so instead of mozzarella this taco is topped with burrata! WOAH!

Yeah it’s fat-tastic, but you’re high.

So just do it.
