Stuffing Balls- An Easy and Fun Appetizer

Stuffing Balls- An Easy and Fun Holiday Appetizer!

Stuffing Balls- An Easy Holiday Appetizer

Putting anything as a ball instantly makes it more fun!

Little bites and tasty morsels… Balls have more fun.

So if you have “extra stuffing” you need to make these. I say “extra stuffing” in quotes  because it’s more a myth or legend to me. We eat as much stuffing as we can stuff in out face!

Another great name for this would be thanksgiving bites because they almost have all the flavor is of thanksgiving in one bite.

After I made these I also thought of an upgrade… Stuff them with cheese or cranberry sauce!!  Please try this on my behalf!

A day late and a dollar short on that idea, but there is always stuffing to be made and there is always more time!

Stuffing Balls

These balls are easy!

I made them easy by using stuffing mix… I make my own stuffing, I’m a purist, but for these I like the punch you in the face flavor and ease of use of a boxed stuffing. I used trader joes cornbread stuffing. But in a perfect world you will use your “extra stuffing” hahaha! None of that in my house!

You just make the stuffing as directed, add 2 beaten eggs once it’s cooled. Form into balls on a baking sheet and cover with turkey gravy, cheddar cheese and a fresh cranberry and bake for 20 minutes.

So be thankful for your extra stuffing or be thankful for a quick and easy version you can make at home. Give thanks for balls, these balls.

And let’s give thanks that the word balls instantly brings giggles!

But today I give thanks for you, you that took the time to read my silly ramblings and recipes. I do this for you and I hope I could bring a smile, a laugh and maybe some inspiration!
